It really amazes me how many perfect people we have on this board......

Nobody here has ever had to throw back an over limit bleeding fish, or had more than their allowed minnow limit in their bucket, or been out fishing without having their license on their person. Of course not.......

Everyone makes poor decisions, and stupid mistakes. No different than this guy.

He was caught, and will pay his dues. The fact the Judge went easy on him..........I say good for him!

the boat he was in should have been confiscated since he was in the boat at the time it happened ,it would for poachers whats the difference
