Crappies Today! March 4 2015, Eight over 1 lb. !!!

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 4676 Member No.: 1601 Joined: February 29, 2012	Well my friends here we go again!! Went to the same lake, with the same weapons seeking the same favorite target!! I didn't quite slam them the way I did yesterday, however quality prevailed over quantity on this given day. I wrestled to ice today twelve crappies in total with eight of them clearing the one pound mark on my scale. Had a rough time with the wind howling in every direction at about 60 km but the fish sure put that aside. Great day fishing and a damn good fish dinner. Pics to follow.

So tempting to go search for crappie... but I bet you put in a lot of leg work over the years to find that honey hole. Keep it and do not tell anyone!
