QUOTE (Tincanmatt @ Mar 08, 2015 - 01:27 pm) Popped a hole and got a decent 10 lber though. Something had to go well today.
Good that you got some fishing in! Have you called anyone for assistance? Or waiting for ice to freeze so not as slippery? As you describe - not just a matter of a quick push to get moving but likely need a complete tow? Backend doesn't lock in? So keeps transferring to the one that is slipping?

At this rate they won't be able to pull you away from your fishing, or they will see your catch, start drilling more holes and join you! Hope that all turns out well for you...........

Next time have a weight on a rod and run around your hole flailing an arm. They will stop.

Tough drive, people do not want to slow down and get stuck. I have pulled many out over my 30 years just to get into trouble myself.

Can you post picture of your truck? Curious as to what people seeing. Do you have your hood up? Or too windy?

3 hours plus since your last post. Trust you are off the ice by now? Did someone stop and assist? Or did you call in an operator as suggested by a couple posters?
