Well sturgeon of course! Not really lol, the same as most kawarthas. Small and large mouth bass, walleye, muskie, crappie, perch, sunfish. I've fished the mouth of sturgeon lake before, where it goes into emily creek and managed to catch a couple largies and a nice 3.35 lb smallie. That was during that crazy coldfront in august aswell, so I'd say it's pretty good. good luck

u should expect to catch a cold in that g for saken lake lol. i hate that lake but i hear there's bass in it
I had the same experience while fishing this lake a few years back. I ended up fishing this lake at night a few times and the fishing was really good especially for the walleye and Smallies.

One of my favorite lakes . My son and I fish mostly for Muskies on our trips now but we catch some nice Bass and Walleyes on our Muskie lures . We have stayed on Sturgeon a lot over the last 20 years it has good populations of most game fish . If you need some areas to try send me a pm.
