Can anyone report on the water level and the boat launch at Blue Bird Park. I have never been to that launch before, I always used the one at Longford mills road. Thanks in advance.

Sorry I can't report on the water level-haven't been there yet.
The launch is much smaller than the good launch over by stepan. It is more exposed as it is on a point so wind really will play there at times and is more shallow than the other side so you will have to go in further with your vehicle.
If you are headed in pray that those ahead of you have parked to allow turning of a vehicle and trailer. The room for turning is a lot smaller than the other launch and much less forgiving.
I guess this is what we get when people can't take their garbage home.

Water level going down fast, in the last 2 weeks 1 foot or more yet to be normal, but a good spring for a change, but alas that will be my last time on St John in awile as moved buddy to Port Severn, new fishing for us...and way better quality of water and fish.
