Here we are in the north on Lake Weslemkoon. We just had our trout opener this past weekend and it was a great success! We are gearing up for some excellent large and small mouth bass fishing this summer. If you are looking for a lake that offers up some of the best bass fishing in Ontario, you wont find a better lake than Weslemkoon. It is not uncommon to land 5-6lb bass! Our little cottage resort is the perfect place for a getaway with the guys for a fishing vacation, or bring the family up! We have openings through the summer with 4 different sized cottages to chose from. We are in an unspoiled area with little boating and tourism traffic, surrounded by crown land. Our lake is 12 miles long and 61 miles in perimeter and is a chain lake to Otter Lake. There are very few access points to the lake for the public, and most of the cottages on the islands are water access...this means less fishing pressure and great results.
