Waiting on a reply from the old man who lives in sundridge, but while waiting.. i heard about some pill of some sort that you can take? Anybody hear of this? Anyways, supposively its suppost to make the blackflies not bite you. I would imagine you need to take it a week or so prior everyday before your trip/black fly season. Buti could be wrong, it might be ok only a few days prior. Its wortH a quick internet search forsure. Also not sure if it actually works or not. Will update post with the update, but im sure by then someone will have already posted on this topic. Goodluck on your trip, dont forget our porn. Its the least you could do!

My son was up near French River over the weekend. His truck (white) came back front of it red with blood. I have never seen it that bad. He said he stopped and got out to use his phone and got swarmed. I wish I would of taken a photo of his truck.

Camped Temagami last weekend. Very little bugs at all. Sunday when the sun came out the black flies were hanging around the cedar bushes. With a light wind they were barely noticeable.
