Hey all,
I am looking to book a trip this summer to a lake not much more than 7 hours from the GTA. I mainly would like to catch walleye, not looking for trophies just lots of 2-5 pound fish. Pike and bass would be a bonus. What are your suggestions? Right now I'm considering Lake Kipawa (Quebec), Onaping or maybe Temagami.
I am not looking to pay for a fly in trip, boat in would be preferred.
Any suggestions for lakes, lodges etc would be greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend temegami. But use extra caution here. The big T can ruin your trip quickly. Make sure to bring a good, detailed map. Would strongly advise having navionics on either your finder or your cellphone or both lol. And maybe a spare prop my trip to temegami got pushed all the way back til august 8th. gonna be a long wait.

I have fished Kipawa and Ogascanan in Que. of the two Ogascanan has better quality of fish last year we went to Chapleau Lodge found it to be a class A lodge ( fishing was good the food was great) We are returning to Chapleau on June 20th hoping for another great week of fishing.
