Fished it once for half a day. The fishing is supposed to be good but it is a live bait lake so bring plenty of crawlers. Minnows probably won't be needed that late in the season. Caught a few Walleye and one Pike. Slow trolling harnesses was key find some of the narrows and drops around the islands. You should do fine just about anywhere. Make sure you have a map, that lake is huge and know where you're going the ride in takes a while and there are some pretty rocky areas.
