The bite on balsam has really slowed in the past week or so, fished Friday and sat... Caught 5 each day- 4 were in slot 6 were keepers, 2 were 22 inches, I throw everything back tho. The weed.ines and drop offs is were I had the luck. Jig head and grub is my go to set-up.

I was fishing humps on the opposite side of grand island from rosedale. Bottom bouncer with worms and then jigging with worms. What style grub would you suggest?

Hi Mark, I was fishing the South end of grand island and across from the park area, I like 3/8 ounce jig and the 4 inch yum grubs, I will be out there this Friday evening and Saturday, I am in the red lund, tight lines.
