Had the opportunity early this morning to hook up with a buddy ( and fellow board member ) we got about 5-6 largies 3 pike 2 skis 1 tiger and a SLAB crappie . My first muskie ever is a small tiger around 18 inches
We started to troll and i had noticed my rod had no tension so i set the hook into what i thought was a log of some sort .... 46.5 inch musky
What a day... been fishing for 3 years and today was unreal

Well done nice Muskie, I grew up on the Island in Pt. Perry for 50 years. We had a dairy farm on Island Rd,we used to fish and hunt ducks for ever. That all changed when the city slicks moved in and bought up a lot of the shoreline with fancy $500,000 homes. And complained about gun noise, hunting, fishing, hay wagons blocking roads and the smell of manure spreaders.
I honestly don't know where the hell they thought they were moving to,I got fed up fighting with them and sold the farm and moved North. Just to let you know,if you hadn't, Scugog is a man made reservoir which is water controlled. A pic of a Musky I got years back I believe it was a 48" on Scugog. Nice report!
