Hey guys

I'm new to the board and started fishing recently. I've gone out a couple times this summer and had minimal luck. I've only caught a few perch and pan fish.

Any ideas of some hot spots / tackle / depths recommendations for smb or lmg?

Any help would be appreciated

I'd take some time to do some fish "finding". I'm still pretty new to the lake myself and have tried to document my experiences. I tend to put the trolling motor down and cast out crankbaits finding bass. I've had luck on shallow weed beds on points. Getting out and doing the leg work of finding them really is the most exciting part. Once you find a place that's holding just keep track of why they might be there and the type of day it is, It might be a pattern.
