Adult Trout Group: Members Posts: 206 Member No.: 610 Joined: March 22, 2011	Dog fish are actually sharks and the spiny dogfish have big spines on their dorsal fins that really hurt if you're not carefull. Dogfish 3' to 5' long and spikes up to 3" long. Used to catch em all the time cod and haddock fishing.
