ate a bunch we got from Balsam early in the year. they where very good. In fact its one of my favorite fish to eat.Can,t open the article , but I love pike ,great eats.

turkey fryer and some fish crisp and you are good to go
no real trick other than timing which is just take practise

the only other thing is that I find they have to be fresh as in same day or next day at the most

Also watch a few YouTube videos on how to clean them as it is a bit of an art to get that Y bone out correctly

Best eating size I find is 4-6 pounds, any smaller and they are tough to clean
