> where to get aluminum boat paint

Hi guys I want to paint my old 12 foot aluminum but I'm not sure where to get marine grade aluminum paint if anyone knows a good brand or place to buy it that'd help me out thanks

Many years ago my B.I.L. painted my old springbok with a paint made by Benjamin Moore for aluminum siding.He rolled it on.It never peeled or moved and was tough as stone.Don't know if it is around anymore with the changes in paints over the years but the best stuff I ever came across.

Dulux paint will have what you need... If you want I have some gloss black and orange and mabey a grey in the garage that will work.

Just make sure you prepare the aluminum correctly and use the best alum primer you can get.

i have painted my small aluminum with regular old anti rust tremclad and have no complaints.

Had my tin painted at roberts collision in Barrie Todd used dump truck gloss black .... Wow it was gloss like new and tough as nails Give him a call or drop by shop on Brock St

really interested in this thread, like to do my 18 foot boat, have done smaller ones with just tremclad etc, but my Starcraft needs a paint job, cannot afford professional, so seeing what you fellas suggest then either roll or brush on, (even over the decals) grey
