A beauty day on the big sound, Had a couple hours to kill after work

I had a small job to finish this morning on the bay just out from Parry Sound, so I took advantage of the awesome weather for a couple hours after. Didn't get any monsters but did manage a few pike and a couple smallies. Even without many fish, can't beat a day like that. Here's a pic of the Parry Sound shoreline coming in from the west.

My best smallie, only a couple pounds but real nice colours. Slammed a tube in about 2' of water.

Any word on Depot Harbor Yet?

I was out there in the spring just after ice out, rainbows everywhere. Got quite a few casting crainkbaits. Got some in the summer on the riggers too. There's been a lot of boats and people fishing from shore there all year, I'm sure they've cleaned out quite a few escapees. I've heard people are catching them all over the sound and even into five mile bay.
