A buddy of mine got his dock rope stuck in his water intake and it's tight as can be any suggestions or ideas of how to remove the rope?

Link was short and sweet with good suggestions!

Like the suggestion on prevention - using pool noodle on rope to help prevent getting near the intake . . .

The intake grate should come out.
Depending on how the ride plate is, you might be able to take that out.

Its a pain in the butt, depending how much rope you got stuck in there.

Been there,done it.
Roll the seadoo in it's side,remove the protective plate and cut the rope out in pieces.
