Fished at 83 fow and 97 fow earlier today (Saturday Feb 06) on Simcoe. There were quite some people on ice, by the way. Hooked a BIG laker, but unfortunately lost her half way fighting her up when she got tangled/caught up with my line in the other hole. Then the rest is history:-)

Ya the second line always gets ya!!! I have seen this way to often. Also during the chase i have seen the lakers dump off the chase because of the suspended bait. Its just to much going on and the one line lets you focus much better during the chase.

Agree. Next time one hole one line, and that's it. (No, make it two holes. I mean 2nd hole "nearby" for my fishfinder:-)
