Nice going James...

Looks like next weekend has to be a go for me now...

Right. Or you'd miss the ice season for lakers ENTIRELY.

Next weekend is the family day long weekend, no fishing license required...could be busy.

I am getting really itchy here at home... I am still gonna make it out a few times.

Maybe c u out there.

Ya the second line always gets ya!!! I have seen this way to often. Also during the chase i have seen the lakers dump off the chase because of the suspended bait. Its just to much going on and the one line lets you focus much better during the chase.

Agree. Next time one hole one line, and that's it. (No, make it two holes. I mean 2nd hole "nearby" for my fishfinder:-)

I think I was in the area - (hint) if you have to deal with a crazy hill getting too the lake and then have to go back up it too leave it's brutal - same?

If it's the same entry location with the hill - oh my. I went there yesterday with member guuunder - met early - still dark.

Went down the crazy all ice hill with a head light and a Eskimo Flipmo 1 - that was crazy! - going back up wasn't any better. If I would have only known - down sized for today but the hill is still very scary with all the hard ice on it.

Stupid question but why do some areas look completely covered in snow and others like a skating rink?
