Barrie Home Builders Tournament, Go or No?

Just wondering if the barrie home builders association ice fishing tournament is still a go for Saturday? i know its a long shot and if there is insufficient ice there will be a draw for the prizes. but i wanted to find out when the call will be made on if it will be a go or not?

I'm also waiting for the update on that. I know it's going to be cold that day but I think it's a couple days to late. I really wanted to fish as I don't have much luck with draws.

i cant see the fishing part of the tournament going ahead,i also have been waiting for updates but havent heard anything.next year ill just wait to the actual day of the tournament before i enter me and my son

On their website it says its a go....but there is no prize list or any other details posted yet.

There's no way that any insurance company will let this happen it will be a draw is my guess..from what I understand they need 10" of ice and they would b lucky to have 3" now..that's why I waited to sign up

They will say its a go until last minute.

i fear it will not be a go, they drill 600 holes out there, that is just not going to fly.

The cold weather will be arriving too late for them this year i think.

Its a draw for prizes now.

yep i just checked the website and it is a no go for the fishing part but i will be in attendance for the draw!
