I'm driving two hours to fish KBay off of BP Saturday - is the ice safe??

how's fishing so far and how thick is the ice ? hope you have a great day and catch Lakers. We're thinking of going on that side of the lake as well. Thanks stay safe.

went out with no problem with ice - except for that huge crack sound that shook the hut and my first time fishing buddy crapped his pants.

never marked on fish though - very frustrating - no one that i talked with caught anything but I see on here where someone did catch something - good job - tough go.

back at it tomorrow??

thanks, we went to cooks bay about 14" of ice on 30 f.o.w. even with the warmer weather.
