Just bought a new 16 foot starweld. Pretty excited for spring so I can get it on the water!! My first boat other then small Jon boats I've had in the past. Ready for this very unpredictable winter to be over.

Congratz to you. I'll fish from my buddy's boat. I got myself a different toy ready for spring

I know the feeling! I got a new boat last spring and picked it up just after ice out. After this crappy winter, to say I'm a bit antsy to get back on the water is a bit of an understatement. At least the little bit of ice that's out there should melt fairly quick. If we get about three days of really warm weather I might be able to launch where I am. Hurry up spring!

Nice, hope you post some pics soon. I can't wait to dust off the canoe and get out there but can we just have a few more hard water days and then bring on summer!

Congrats! Have any pics to share.

I just did it last year - no more having to wait and see if buddies were going out - when and or at what time

Will you be dry docking it or traveling with it from home.

I got mine later last year but put in allot of time on the water - it was so awesome.

Good luck and have fun . You got lot's of time to register your boat stick on numbers and get all your safety gear. Great time of year for shopping for deals , boat covers , gear oil & pump , and most important locks to keep your new vessel safe. Yes someone wants your new boat more than you !!! Good luck

Seeing the boat pics is sweet. I went and checked on my smokercraft sitting in heated storage, it gets your blood moving just seeing it sitting there. Go away ice....
