Of course they don't give a figure but all fees are going up.

Types of fees affected

"driver and vehicle licensing, camping in Ontario parks, fishing and hunting licences, court applications, liquor licences and event permits"

Liberals have to somehow pay for their screw ups so we foot the bill.

License charges don't even come close to covering the admin cost of issuing them, let alone "checkin za paperz" while we fish (enforcement).

They are a scam and worst than useless.

We're getting the government we elected , Good and hard.

Remember when we did not have to pay!!! It was us fisher people who suggested to have a licence to put the money into the MNR for enforcement and projects. The thing that upsets me is most of our money heads straight to the general purpose account, and they reduce our exposure to activities. GRRRRRR.

Went on the ministry website last week and saw 165 ish or so for a 3 year sport license. Up from 90 bucks or so.

Lucky for me haha. I just bought my 3 year license yesterday! TAKE THAT WYNNE!!!

I just checked and this is what I see.

sometime it pays to be an old fart.

I am going to go to a reservation and buy a counterfeit status card and not only will I not need a license,i can fish for whatever ,whenever.And I will never have to pay tax.

Hmmmmm....even the First Nation folks are shaking their heads.
