These are the same guys that will be complaining in years to come, "Gee, I wonder where all the fish are, this use to be a good fishery?" Just my 2 cents. Have fun. Be safe.

Without knowing anything about them it could be that this is the only trip a year they make and keep their limit. No difference then someone that goes out 20 times a year keeping 10-25 each trip.
