It was a gorgeous day on Sunday with no wind and the sun was shining. After loosing my licenses on Saturday i debated heading out on Sunday but at the end I risked it and ventured out without my outdoors card. Was marking fish almost immediately but they didn't want to bite. Went for a walk to see my buddy and the gf is howling that she's got something on. I run back and get there just as she pulls a 1.5lbs whitey out of the hole. Said she thought it was bigger as it took drag but was happy with it nonetheless. I go back to fishing and finally a looker became a biter and I iced a decent whitey. Vibrato popped out of its mouth just as i had it half way out the hole but with my cat like reflexes I was able to launch my hand into the hole and scoop the fish out onto the ice. If I can figure out how to post the video I will. All in all a great day to spend on the hard water with beautiful weather to boot
