Great job. I have dinner in the oven now and you are making me hungry with those perch...

Interesting cooking method. I like it.

Are those gnocchi?

Yes gnocchi. Gnocchi steamed, them fried in the a bit olive oil with pesto and Parmesan, green beans in white wine, lemon garlic and butter and the perch was "special batter" done in grapeseed oil and then kept warm in toaster oven until other items ready. 3 small pieces leftover. Lunch for tomorrow if it's not a late night snack tonight.

I'd say sure, but the Mrs and kids may get a little upset with you cutting into their perch quota..... Fresh fish is a prime commodity around here.

Not from Woodbridge, just like good food.....a lot!

Thanks Sean, was nice to finally catch enough for a few meals as opposed to scraping by for one meal of fish tacos.

Not looking forward to what Mother Nature has in store for next week weather wise. If we get that we may be out in boats before Easter.
