Marine city guys with quads in ice

I am with the group that helped you guys from Marine city that went through the ice by Duclos point. A guy named Bruce gave you a knife to cut a rope and that was his dad's knife and means a lot to him. If there is a way to get the knife back please let me know.

How long ago did the machine go through the ice? Was it a side by side with tracks?

Okay, different guys then. That crack is still that bad eh? We're they trying to go around the tip of duclos, or across the crack in chicken bay?

Hey Dano, we were out at Duclos Point Tuesday am, it was a no go around the point.
I just got back home from up there, so this is old info, but hope no one gets in anymore trouble out there after the dump of snow the lake got in that area.
We had a close enough call to where I would advise anyone not to try that crack by the point!

Might have gotten in contact with the guys through a mutual friend. Waiting for a call back so I'll keep you updated. Not 100% sure it's the same guys but more than likely it is. I'm just hoping they didn't ditch the knife because they didn't want to take it over the border.
