Planning to go on Friday for my first time out. Hopefully I land a laker. Off BP 80-100 ft. Anyone else going. Is it safe, comming from Hamilton and not familiar with the area.

I'm heading out tomorrow off the 6th line for some jumbo perch. First time out this season, any advice?

We are going off of the 6th tomorrow. If anyone can give us a shore line report and snow and ice conditions it would be greatly appreciated. Also, a fishing report would be a bonus.
Thanks

Should be in the area by 6:15. Not sure if Im going to access at the end of Big Bay Point rd,
or by looking on the Google map at Guest rd has parking there. Hopefully I see others in the area. Good luck to ALL tomorrow this is our last few days left.

I would avoid BBP. It was open water on the weekend.
I would say you would be sure to go through.
I would stay off at BP also but that just me. The satellite is deceiving. Maybe a skim of ice and now snow covered. Probably the most dangerous conditions year to date.

Yes, BBP has pretty much been a bust except for a week or so. Mostly open water, and with a foot of snow you have no idea where the danger is.

You need to be more west up KBay.

Minets point might be your safest bet try 50' or so ft of water.
