Nicely done Robert....

Yep, was a beautiful day out today, did not even bother with the hut.

Of course we got SKUNKED today, so I am very envious.

Hey Robert

Well done. Congrats on busting the cherry!

I'm assuming you were out with Michael?

I kept looking at the weather today and wishing I was there.

Great job. Nice whitey. I am surprised it didn't put up much of a fight though. Ones I've been getting this year felt like Lakers, peeling drag and all. Guess you got one of the lazy ones lol. Excellent job nonetheless!

Congrats Robbo, how many days till you hang up the skates for good? Must be getting close now. More time for fishing, maybe we'll get out a bit more often. Give me a call sometime soon! Nice fish!

I had fish chasing, following, slapping and then this guy took one for the team. 6lbs. at 8am. I hope it taste better than its lazy fight, but still exciting watching that head come through the ice.

I know what you mean! Nice fish, Robert!

Sorry guys, I was very uncertain if or when I could go so I told Micheal I would meet him out there. As it worked out I had to be back by 1, so we went out, we were hitting the ice before sunrise and off at noon. There was no way of finding anyone in the crowds, and I wasn't about to push through the snow looking. The fine photographer we'll just keep that a mystery, but is a real trooper out fishing with me most times.
Porkpie, hanging up those black boots is very close I'll give you a call
