While I took two of the nephews out hoping to get a few good ones. Fishing was pretty slow most of the day, we moved 3 times and did hit a bunch but not the jumbos we were after. The water was murky everywhere there and fishing was pretty slow but the boys still enjoyed themselves, and that what really counts.
On the way out at 2:30 traveling west on Gilford rd. we hit a ride program, plenty of officers stopping everyone leaving and a bit further up the road plenty of Mnr guys were stopping everyone again and pulling them over to check peoples catches, they even asked me where I got my minnows as they were not shinners. Oh well, I guess there just doing their jobs. Good to see.
