Thinking of coming for 3 days of fishing, Anyone fished there lately for walleye. I will be staying at bigmoosecamp cottages, I could use some tips from the pro's on how to catch these elusive fish, as I have been fishing them for 35yrs and never had any luck with walleye.
Thanks in advance

35 years and no luck! Whoa..

My tip for ice fishing the elusive walleye..

Plain hook with a minnow, hook into the flesh near the tail, place a split shot 6" to 12" up the line, drop this down about 6" from bottom, use an ultralight rod proped on a bucket and that's it. Jig the line slightly now and again to make the minnow swim and you should get your walleye.
