Ok guys sorry for the delay in picking the location and date. But it's here now which leaves everyone about 2 and a half months to practise.
Let's see who wants that trophy this year.
I will post the rules to the tourney over the next 2 days.
I should mention that this tourney is ONLY pigeon lake and does not include buckhorn or Chemung lakes but Big bald and little bald lakes are fine.
For those who haven't joined a gold bass tourney yet I will give a run down of the tourney before you decide to join. It is meant to be a fun tournament where fisherman of a lower caliber still have a chance to win.
There are no pro's allowed. And to keep it fair even if you are of a higher skill set or maybe just know that particular lake well then maybe take a newbie out, or your dad, gf... with you to make it fair for everyone.
The entry fees are kept lower then the big tourney's, this gives people trying a tournament for the first time a chance to try it without pulling out a loan to do so. And it also makes it just fun enough to have the chance at winning some coin without breaking the bank on the process.
There are bragging rights for a whole year as you get to keep the gold bass trophy on your wall for a year and then have the chance to defend your crown the next year on another lake. Beers and asainredneck are the current Champs and fish4dinner and Thanh have nothing on thier minds other then thinking about how they're going to take the gold this year.
With all that said....
Who's in?Also if you you say you're in please show up or tell me you can't make it so that I'm not expecting you to be there.
