looooong indeed, I just (wimper*sob*tears) winterized my boat.... its a sad day.....
what a summer, not that it matters but I cant tell if it was good summer of fishing because I am awesome (doubt it) or that the weather was so incredible that I fished 5X more than normal (probable).....

Winterized your boat
There's still tons of time left to get some fish. I'm just now starting to get ready for fall Muskie and the bass have been just getting schooled up and eating real good. My boat goes to bed when I can't launch it any more that's the only thing that'll keep me off the lake ( until it's safe to walk on of course).

Haha I'm some where in between you guys on the matter.
Usually my boat is done by now as one year I waited to long and we had a cold night out of no where once and ruined my batteries.
This year though I'm ready and will take them in the house and warm them up under my mattress if I have to lol.

But once I can't get any more bass my boat is done and it's time to wait for the ice.

But agree with sequin; the bass are schooling up nicely. I've had some of my best days as of late
