Went out for a few hours today and had some good success. The fish were starting to group up and I was finding them deeper than they've been all year. Sometimes I didn't find one for a while but when I did I would catch two or three in a row. Maybe a sign that the cold is really close? Or maybe I would just get lucky at those times. Either way I had a really fun day and here are some of the pics from it. Hopefully I captured some stuff on my GoPro and if so will add that stuff later on.

Looks like a great day , nice fish . Still hitting horizontal baits always a good sign ! Still lots of time yet to be on the water . Can't wait to get out again . Best part a lot less boats ! Cheers

Yeah, you still have plenty of time to get into some nice bass. They were still crushing fast moving baits for me this weekend and the water's still pretty warm for this time of year. Might be one of those years where we're smoking them right up to the last day! Looks like you had a fun day, nothing better than a weekday fish

Nice job Fork. I was out on the weekend on Chemong, and the fishing was tough. Caught a good number of small bass but they were hard to find. Saturday and Sunday it was pretty windy as well. Of course Monday was gorgeous, but was only able to get a few hours on the water before heading home. Maybe next weekend will be better.
