Well that week flew by really fast . For the week we boated 18 Muskies saw 25 more from follows , hits and hooked and lost fish . Biggest was 44" but we saw 6 or 7 others during the week over 40" and 2 of those were BIG . We caught 2 Tigers on Balsam several Bass 2-4 lbs on our Muskie lures and had follows from another 10 -12 Bass some of those were bigger fish . Caught several Pike on Balsam up to 29" a guy staying at Shorelea resort where we were staying caught 4 Muskies for the week the biggest was 47" also boated a fat 36" Pike . We did not see a Walleye all week , we usually see a couple big ones on our jerk and glide baits . Now I need a couple days of rest 9 -10 hrs a day fishing is suppose to be relaxing but at my age it almost felt like work . Now I have to wait until spring Striper season for my next fishing fix . Most of our Muskies were between 36" and 39" only 2 had sores on them most were fat and healthy and put up good fights . Good luck the rest of the season

Hey Hank, good to see you made it back safe and sound. Those fish can sure tire you out....
Sounds like a good week, you sure had good weather. I know you like it overcast, windy, with some rain and preferably sleet just to make the muskies aggressive and mad.....but the sunshine and warm temps are more comfortable for the rest of us!

Sounds like you won "big fish" of the week. Hope you collected the prize money. Any on figure 8's?

So the 50" is still out there waiting from the sounds of it.
