Fishing regulations assistance

Could someone help me out interpreting some zone 17 fishing regs? Just tried to launch for some musky fishing down around squirrel creek and saw it was actually a sanctuary. So I've reviewed the regs and I want to make sure I can fish in little lake in Peterborough... only lock 19 south 20km appears to be a sanctuary from what I read it looks safe but don't want to risk it... anyone who knows the area well please chime in

I was fishing on little lake last week and didn't get botherd. The lock is at the very south end of the lake and from there on south is the sanctuary. I wish they kept squirrel creek conservation area open year round... Great fishing there.

The sanctuary is from the lock south down to the bensfort bridge

Thanks, we did end up fishing, didn't see any signs of fish though.
