Maybe I was wrong. But I was out on the lake this morning anywhere where there is snow has 2 inches plus an inch layer of slush on top of that where there is no snow it's 3-4 inches. got one little pike couldn't really get around anywhere. because of the snow insulating the ice. It's quite dangerous. I'll be out there again tomorrow hopefully -21 tonight will harden the slush up. N I can get out a bit farther.

You have got some big cahonas, lol or a few French fries short of a happy meal... 😜 In all seriousness though, glad to hear you scratched the itch and made it off safely. Super sketchy to be the first guy out, but someone's gotta do it.

Well I don't know if I'd wanna meal out of that lake. And you only live once. Make the best of it . I can't say I don't love when the ice cracks under your feet. And you stop.. back up and wait to see if your goin threw. Whata rush lol I've been lucky enough to experience the situation of going threw the ice multiple times. It's not fun always expect the worst and hope for the best. Be prepared and Stay safe.

20 - 25 years ago Little lake was a hidden Gem....... used to keep a hut out there... not so much of a gem now thanks to the internet and a few big mouths.....just sayin..
