Amen to that!!! It's only been cold for a couple of days and you don't want to have to pay a fine to get rescued or even worse get dead going after a fish.

Egg Group: Newbies Posts: 8 Member No.: 8825 Joined: February 03, 2015	There are wet spots with inconsistent ice. Thickness ranged from 2-4 inches with most it white, and maybe an inch of black. Spudding out with float suit on, i did not walk out far and had to go back. Would not recommend setting up a hut or fishing until the new year.

He has 2 posts asking about ice conditions, 2 asking where to find smelt and 1 asking for perch fishing tips. He has 3 about Eel conservation but he hasn't really contributed any useful information to the form. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with that though. I'm just trying to be helpful by answering your question

Yeah most people come here looking for information and there's nothing wrong with that. It's not like he has 100's of posts or anything. Has anybody ever became a member because they wanted to give people advice? I like giving people tips but I originally became a member to get some advice.
