Had an appt in the city today. When I was done stopped by there before checking out bass pro. Nice little shop. Not far off the highway. Pretty good selection and prices. Bought some crappie tubes, jigs and plastics. Just giving a shout out after my first visit.

Yup... been going to them for years. Nick used to be part owner of the one that was off the 400 behind the ON-Route going north bound just before King Side Rd. The guys there take care of you really well. In the summer when you have to buy bait the day before he would pack ice and pack less per bag with a lot of air. Service to your needs as you request.

Been there for many years (including at its previous location at the service station off HWY 400 northbound just north of Major Mac). Its current location in Vaughan (Hwy 400 & Rutherford) is very close to my home (like no more than 5 minutes drive away). The best part? It opens very very very early in the morning year round like 3:30AM or 5:00AM depending on season or if on weekend, when you need them the most!:-)

To add... they sometimes pull the 72+ open hours on weekends during opening week of walleye and trout. These are the business we must support. We fishermen do not fish 9-5.... we go early or late. Nick also had a great idea of delivery service within the area. So sitting at work thinking about fishing early next day but cannot make the bait shop ontime... deliver to your place of work! I would like that a lot.

I agree these guys are top notch. Nick, Freddie and Derek are who I've dealt with the most. Always helpful and I use to work 5 mins from the jane st location. Awesome guys, can't wait to go back soon.

Have been going here for years these guys truly are the best! Not to mention there bait is always fresh and out last the rest! A few days ago they actually opened a half hour early just so a buddy and I could grab 4 dozen minnows! You can't beat the customer service at this place! Ps They also don't raise minnow prices at the end of the ice season and rip off customers like many other stores do!
