> Rice Lake Ice Thickness with pictures, Bewdley bay

Took a trip to Bewdley today, there was one portable hut out there so I thought I would drill a hole and check the thickness to see how crazy this guy was. There is 6 inches of ice about 50ft. From shore where I measured. Here are some pics for evidence.

Does not look like very good ice hopefully the up coming cold helps tighten it up.

Looks like an inch of black ice and 4 inches of white ice on top...should start to thicken up more if we get the cold weather we've been waiting for
