I always read about these adaptors. Sure you can do it but there are many things the general public aren't aware of when it comes to safety. Make sure you understand all the risks and educate yourself before even attempting. I myself will be doing the 5lbs or 10lb tanks. Same price ratio-wise to a 20lb when you're filling. Less convenient to "lug" around I suppose but I'd rather play safe and lug the 5lbs tank.

From what i remember it's not illegal to fill, just illegal to transport refilled 1lbers but anyways we don't need another OOS pic/chum/herring/drinking in a popup thread
