Gilford had about 3-5" of solid black ice but there were lots of open pressure cracks along the way

Had a really slow day out in Port Bolster. Was between 17 and 15 ftw. Good to be out though.

Fished out of port bolster today. Got set up around 11:00 and it was a slow start. Picked up by 12:30-1 and had non stop jumbo action for about 2hrs. Fished 19 FOW. Caught a tank 13.5 incher which went back down the hole. Had plenty of 9-12 inch keepers. I'll post some pictures later

Here is the biggest jumbo of the day. Had some nice looking shoulders on it... Tempting but it was released to be caught another day

I wonder if the winds tomorrow will screw anything up. I'm guessing everyone out there is spudding out the whole way eh

I was out in 20-30fow off gilford yesterday morning. Lots of pressure cracks but ice was fairly consistent out there. The perch were not though. Fished from 7 til 130 than pulled the plug. I only caught about 20 of the little dinks. no keepers
