Got out on K Bay today, first time out this season and the Lakers were finicky!! Never touched a Whitie but we did see a couple get caught. Rino got dialed in on them Lakers, icing 4. Best depth was 90 plus feet, Vibrados and crankbaits. I got mine on a Meegs Goby.

There was about 3-4 inches of ice, pretty consistent and clear in most places we walked. It was cracking and banging most of the day. A good sign that the weather and lake is making ice. I hope it holds through the mild weather we have forecast this coming week.

Hopefully so, it would be nice to get out sooner than later. The ice quakes always scare me I know it's usually ice forming but I always feel like it's a pressure crack about explode under me. I've had the water start coming up a little out of the hole when this happens. Thanks for the info finesy and awesome pics.
