Not sure if all, but Canadian Tire Pit Stop refills 10lb propane tanks. I did it last week, cost me $12. Cheaper at Costco though if you have a membership!

If fishing near in Keswick the Pioneer station on the Queensway at the river fills my 20 and 5 lb tanks. I would think they can do 10 lb tanks as well.

Does costco charge you by the tank or how much you get?
Like is the 20lb the same price to get filled as the 5lb?
The one in Newmarket: up to 5lbs is $2.96 incl tax. $2 to purge if its new.
Thx I didn't know if they just have a barcode they scan at the front for propane fill it kinda wouldn't surprise me and the reason I didn't want to buy a 5lb tank.
