Walked out yesterday to one of my springtime haunts and was pleasantly surprised by the 3 hr.nonstop action I had near a large well known weedbed off the south side. Plastics were the ticket! Not a soul around , so l was able the keep the fish interested for the short time l was out. Only kept this mess for a couple feeds , but caught many more. Fishing in 8/9 fow. Let's all pray for some cooler weather so all can enjoy this great pastime safely! Good fishing to all!!🙂

Thanks guys. Really wanted to get out to my perch spot(s) , but l'm having issues with my sled. Until that is resolved l guess I'll stick close to the shallow weedbeds. BTW I never saw a perch in the area I was fishing, which seemed strange. Perhaps birds of a feather flock together ?? Good fishing to all! 🙂
