How will the ice in Scugog after next week

Just back home after fishing. Got around 13 8-9inches Crappie, all go back to the lake. When walking to my spot, surface layer keep cracking, after we drilled the hole, measured, 5 inches black ice and 4-5inches white ice. Already 1 inch less than last week.for the coming week, the temperature will be +. Also have a few rains, for sure the ice will be getting less. But how much will it be!? Talked to a local, he used to have his out at the same spot every year but he don't think he will bring out his hut this year.

The ice thickness was pretty much the same this Saturday as last weekend where I was fishing. The fishing was p### poor again also.
