Not sure, but he asked for ownership and insurance. I wasn't going to challenge because i didn't want to p### him off. Instead, I killed it with kindness, and it worked!

Soooooorrry ..... Folks I was there for 2 days and along with about 999 other people. Fishing was extremely slow and seen people without helmets riding around the ice. People got tickets for it and even coming to shore 4 people on a Quad with no helmets. BUSTED
We never caught or seen any keepers for 48 hours. I know I AM NOT VERY GOOD BUT I did not get a ticket riding around.
