i was out today with greenbaypikehunter on cooks bay. it was sloppy. very wet. a giant puddle. only going to get worse. a canoe would be good ? 13 inches of ice though. which is a good thing. can't see it losing too much. next friday night the temperature finally gets to -6 over night. which hopefully will make some more ice.

Not good at all, A forecast like that usually means more trips to Bass Pro to buy more stuff I dont need in anticipation of good ice lol.

Looks a lot better.
Can't post a screen shot, but the 28th onward is all negatives in the day and night. Couple nights double digits below.

I was just looking at the 14 day on TWN and it's supposed to be all minuses after the 26th.

its not only the temps its the wind we have to worry about 25 k out of the east is not good

I have a feeling the ice may get punky after so many days of + temps, then it will be a problem trying to freeze it back up.

three days of 25 30 and 40 km wind back to day 1 sad to say, pray to the fish gods
