SMOKED TURKEY BREAST 2017
Fresh or thawed turkey breast. Rub with Kick “N” Chicken 12-24 hours keep in fridge Breast approximately 3”-4” thick Wrap top of breast with bacon slices Pre-heat smoker to 200 degree Apple wood smoke 2 handfuls of chips Increase heat to 250 1 hour before it’s done Took 4 ½ hours Remove from smoker when internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Tent breast and let stand for 20 minutes Slice and serve.
