Your right, We all know who is responsible, But the ministry will play the " We're looking " game like they do every year and nothing will be done ever, Not one politician with a pair to do anything. Let's all creep around playing the let's be P.C game. They are going to get hydro with no delivery charges, we should pay them to stay home and not fish on top of what we pay them for rent for us being in their Canada, because it certainly isn't ours since politicians had their gonads removed.
I must be out of the loop. Who is responsible for this? If "we all " know who is " responsible" should be and easy fix
